Syed is a Solicitor and Director of Matrix Legal. He has over 11 years of legal practice experience and more than 20 years of tax consultancy and accountancy experience.

Prior to qualifying as a Barrister-at-Law (non-practising) and Solicitor, Syed practised as a chartered accountant involving tax consultancy, audit and accountancy. He advised blue chip companies, partnerships, sole traders, professional firms, statutory bodies and trust organisations engaged in all types of businesses and not-for-profit activities. His extensive experience enables comprehensive expertise in resolving legal and related issues.

Syed holds bachelors (LLB) and masters (LLM) degrees in law both from University of London. He is a Barrister of Lincoln's Inn, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Other than work Syed enjoys reading, playing badminton and spending time with his two adorable grandchildren.
