How We Do It

They say 'Home is where the Heart is' which is probably why any transaction dealing with your home can be a stressful, anxious experience - because most parties involved in the transaction are 'thinking with their heart' and have an emotional connection with the Property. Add to this, the fact that your home is probably the biggest financial decision you will make, it is understandable that emotions run high in a residential property transaction.

Unlike other solicitors, we won't tell you that 'we will take away all the stress and anxiety'. It's impossible - there are so many parties involved, each with their own emotional investment in the transaction, that we simply cannot control every aspect of the transaction. There is no magic wand.

What we can do is offer you compassionate, friendly and helpful advice during this difficult time and we'll give it to you in plain English in a timely manner. The cumulative knowledge and experience we have built up over the years means that we can find a solution to almost every legal problem that may come up.

We work closely with estate agents as they are a central figure in the transaction. We value the contribution they make to progressing a property transaction to its successful conclusion by acting as a bridge between all parties involved.

How Much

We offer fixed fee conveyancing - our pricing structure is transparent and competitive. The fee that we quote to you will be the actual fee that you will pay. Unlike other firms, we won't tempt you with a low headline fee then surprise you with all the 'additions' on the final bill.

Price match promise: If you find a comparable quote elsewhere that is lower, we will match or beat that quote (terms & conditions apply).

What's more, if the transaction doesn't complete for whatever reason, you don't pay the full fee
